There is hope — keep researching, learning and experimenting and you’ll find the right treatment for you. Remember, that even the most gentle and natural products you might use to clean your face can leave your skin a bit dry; use coconut oil as an excellent way to re-hydrate the skin after using any acne commercial or natural cleanser. Make sure to stay out of the sun if you’re taking any acne medications.

Besides external acne treatment it’s even more important to work from the inside out too.
