Dermaplaning Benefits And Why It’s A Good Idea

Darlings, if you know me or pretty much any girl in my family you will quickly find out that SKINCARE is on the top of our priorities list. Since I was little my mom made me wear sunscreen, and once I wanted to wear makeup the first rule that came with it was I couldn’t sleep in it, and I have always invested money in my products even when I was broke as a joke in college. SKINCARE is so important to feeling and looking like your best self- and when I turned 26 this year I also quickly found out that sometimes taking care of your skin goes beyond what moisturizer you choose.

The process of dermaplaning is NOT painful at all, it is just as relaxing as any other facial and I loved how the wonderful ladies at Glosshouz kept me informed through the entire process. They let me know which areas had more blackheads or fine hairs to be taken off, what products would be good for my skin, and what to do after my dermaplaning was done! It was crazy because the areas that had more trouble spots were places I didn’t even know!!

That day i left FEELING amazing, but then the next day when I went to put makeup on I can’t tell you the difference I noticed. My normal makeup that I use all the time went on like BUTTER- I felt airbrushed from the smoothness and glow of my new skins condition!

Darlings, I have SO ENJOYED my first experience with DERMAPLANING and I cannot wait to go in for round two! My next update will be at the half way point about what I STILL think of the procedure and if my skin is improving still or not!!
