Reservations / Special Requests

To schedule your appointment call or visit our website. Any special requests, therapist gender, pregnancy, physical ailments, disabilities or allergies, please notify your reservationist at time of booking and your therapist at the time of your service. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Arrival

You are welcome to enjoy the spa facilities during the entire day of your spa services. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment, to receive your locker, change into robe and sandals. Arriving late may limit your treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of when you begin.

Cancellations / Changes

The treatments you select are reserved for you and assigned to the appropriate therapists. We require that you provide at least 24 hour advance notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, failure to fulfill your scheduled treatment time will result in 100% charge of the service.

Gratuity

We believe that adding a gratuity should be your choice based on the level of service you receive, The customary percentage is 15% – 25%.

Treatment Attire

We want you to feel comfortable, it is customary to completely disrobe for your spa services, although you may wear a swimsuit or undergarment if you prefer. Throughout your services, your body will be professionally draped to ensure privacy. At no time will you be fully exposed.

Communicate

Communications is the key to getting what you want out of your service. Share with your therapist areas you would like to focus on and any areas to be avoided. During your massage let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort.
